The Green Home Award is an annual gift from the SunVolt Club: one member receives a complete solar system, worth up to 10,000 EUR, installed end to end at no cost. The first edition is 2027. The winner is not picked by chance. A jury selects the member whose application scores highest on published criteria, so the award is earned on merit.

How is the winner chosen?
Every applicant submits a file, and the jury scores each one against the same published criteria. This is an assessment of need and fit, not a game.
- Home situation: the property, the roof, and the current energy setup.
- Consumption: how much electricity the household uses and why solar would help.
- Motivation: a clear, honest reason for wanting the system.
- Impact: the difference the system would make for that household and its footprint.
What does the 99 EUR fee actually give me?
The 99 EUR yearly membership gives you the right to apply for the award, along with the rest of the club benefits. It does not buy the award and it does not increase your score. Every eligible member starts from the same line, and the jury decides on the strength of the file alone. The fee funds the club and its benefits; the award is granted on merit by the panel.
If you want to be considered for the 2027 edition, join the club, prepare an honest application, and make your case. A strong, well-argued file is what wins, so it is worth taking the time to write it well.
